Judge Dixie Park Is Constitution Day Speaker

Honorable Judge Dixie Park, the first woman to be elected Judge of the Stark County Probate Court, will be the keynote speaker at the University of Mount Union’s Constitution Day celebration at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, September 17 in the East Room of the Hoover-Price Campus Center.
